Get it in the Jebbie's Mods launcher (Beta channel on). Turn on Beta in the launcher's settings and it installs Jebbie's Dungeon Journal and keeps it updated.
The launcher is coming soon for your system. Until then, install the addons by hand: it takes a minute.

What it does
What Jebbie's Dungeon Journal does
28 dungeons
Every dungeon, with its recommended levels. The 9 that are new in WoW Forever are in too, marked as still learning while their details fill in from play.
Bosses
Each dungeon's bosses and what they drop, and a search box for dungeon names, boss loot and quest rewards.
Quests
The quests for each dungeon, Alliance and Horde, with who gives them, where to turn them in, and whether you have them or have done them.
Map
Show on Map points to where a quest happens. Places not confirmed yet say Learning from play.
